Embrace the Grape is a full-service mobile bartending company that's been pouring at weddings, corporate events, and private parties since 2009. We're the oldest beverage-only caterer in Kansas City, we've served St. Louis since 2021, and together our team works 400+ events a year — everything from a 20-person office happy hour to galas of well over 1,000 guests. We bring the whole bar to you, so the drinks are one thing you never have to think about.

Every mobile bartending package is built around your event, but the essentials are always covered:
You bring the guest list; we bring the bar, the bartenders, and the plan to keep the line short all night.

Tell us your date, venue, guest count, and the vibe you're going for.
We'll recommend a bar type, build a drink menu, and estimate quantities for your headcount.
Our team arrives early, sets up, serves, and cleans up — you enjoy your own party.

One of the biggest questions is how the bar gets paid for, and we make it flexible:
We'll walk you through the trade-offs so the bar fits your budget with no surprises. Pricing scales with guest count, bar type, and how many bartenders your event needs — as a rule of thumb, plan on roughly one bartender per 75–100 guests for a smooth line.

Weddings, corporate events and holiday parties, fundraisers and galas, festivals and concerts, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and backyard get-togethers. If it needs a bar, we've probably done it.

We started behind the microphone — our owner, Jane, spent a decade in the mobile DJ business before launching Embrace the Grape in 2009, and that events-first instinct still runs the company. Fifteen-plus years and hundreds of events a year later, couples, planners, and venues keep rebooking us for the same reasons: we show up prepared, we keep it fun, and we make the host look good.
Yes — every bartender is licensed, insured, and trained, in both Missouri and Kansas.
We build your menu and estimate quantities; how the alcohol is purchased depends on your venue's rules and your bar type. We'll guide you through the options when we quote your event.
Roughly one per 75–100 guests keeps the line moving. We'll recommend staffing based on your headcount and bar setup.
As soon as you have a date — peak wedding and holiday season fills up fast.

Absolutely — mocktails and zero-proof menus are increasingly popular and we're happy to build them in.
