Bar Service & Bartenders in Gladstone
Embrace the Grape brings licensed mobile bar service to Gladstone events — receptions at the Community Center, gatherings at Linden Square, and parties at home across the Northland. We arrive with the bar and the bartenders and handle the drinks end to end.
Bar Service for Gladstone Events
Gladstone — the Happy Rock — is a Clay County city that kept its independence when Kansas City was annexing everything around it, and it still has a strong civic streak. Linden Square anchors the downtown with festivals and concerts, and the Community Center handles most of the city's larger private receptions.
Gladstone has very few dedicated wedding venues, which means most events here are hosted in city facilities or at home. We are set up for both.

Gladstone Bar Service Questions
Q: What are the rules for alcohol at the Gladstone Community Center?
A: City facilities set their own alcohol policy and typically require a licensed, insured server plus advance notice. We provide the licensing and insurance documentation the city asks for — just tell us which room you have reserved.
Q: Can you do an outdoor event at Linden Square?
A: Outdoor events are possible with the right permissions from the city. Our bars are mobile and self-contained, so the setup itself is straightforward; the permitting is the part to start early on.
Q: Do you cover the rest of the Northland?
A: Yes. Gladstone sits inside our standard Kansas City metro area along with the surrounding Clay County communities, so there is no travel surcharge.
