Wedding Bar Service & Bartenders in
Kansas City & St. Louis.

We started in the wedding industry back in 2009, and after hundreds of receptions it's still the work we love most. Embrace the Grape gives couples a wedding bar that feels like theirs — a drink menu built around the two of you, licensed bartenders who keep cocktail hour and the reception flowing, and a team that handles the details down to the garnish so you can actually be present at your own wedding.

    Choosing your bar type

Most couples land on a consumption bar — you host the drinks you want to cover (often beer, wine, and a couple of signature cocktails) and either open it fully or set a cap and switch to cash. Prefer a fully hosted open bar or a straight cash bar? We do those too. We'll lay out the numbers clearly so there are no day-of surprises and no blown budget.

    Venues and settings

We've poured at downtown ballrooms, historic halls, wineries, barns, and backyards across both metros. Wherever you're saying "I do," our mobile setup comes to you — fully licensed in Missouri and Kansas.

    Wedding bar FAQ
Can we do a custom or signature cocktail menu?

Always — it's our favorite part. We'll design drinks around your theme, colors, and favorite flavors.

Hosted bar or cash bar for a wedding?

Either, or a mix. Most couples do a consumption bar; we'll walk you through the options so it fits your budget.

Do you serve beer and wine too, or just cocktails?

All of it — beer, wine, cocktails, and zero-proof options, planned to your guest count.

Generally one per 75–100 guests for a smooth line; we'll advise based on your headcount and timeline.
