Q: Our reception is small — under 100 people. Do you still come out?
A: Yes. Small receptions are a big share of our Grain Valley work. We size the bar and the staffing to the guest count rather than applying a large-event minimum.
Q: Can you do a ceremony at one location and the reception at another?
A: We can, and it is common here when couples pair a downtown chapel ceremony with a reception elsewhere. Tell us both addresses and the gap between them and we will build the timeline around it.
Q: Is there a travel charge to Grain Valley?
A: No. We are based in Lee's Summit, so Grain Valley is well inside our standard service area.
