Embrace the Grape brings licensed bar service to Kirkwood weddings, receptions and private parties. Museum rentals, country club receptions, banquet rooms off Adams Avenue and homes throughout the historic neighborhoods — we bring the bar and run it start to finish.

Kirkwood was platted in 1853 and claims the title of first planned commuter suburb west of the Mississippi. The 1893 train station still anchors downtown, the business district is on the National Register, and the farmers' market runs year-round — which makes for a walkable, historic setting that people genuinely want to get married in.
The venues here skew toward museum rentals, country clubs and downtown restaurants rather than big banquet halls, so the bar usually has to be brought in and set up with some care about how it looks.
Kirkwood is quoted from our St. Louis pricing.
Q: Can you set up a bar inside a museum without risking the exhibits?
A: Yes. Venues like The Magic House have strict rules about where beverage service can sit and how it is contained, and we plan the setup around them — contained stations, controlled pour areas and a full pack-out at the end. We will read the venue's requirements before your date.
Q: Is the historic Kirkwood Train Station available for events?
A: The station is a real rental venue, but rentals have been paused for renovation — check current availability with the city before planning around it. If it is open when you book, we can serve there.
Q: Do you also cover Webster Groves, Des Peres and Ballwin?
A: Yes. All of mid and west county is inside our standard service area, including Ballwin and Chesterfield.
Send your date, venue and guest count and we will send pricing.
