Q: The banquet center has its own bar. Do you still have a role?
A: Sometimes. If the venue holds an exclusive beverage contract, you would book through them. If they allow an outside licensed provider — or if you want a second station, a specialty cocktail bar or outdoor service they do not cover — that is where we fit. Check the venue's policy and we will tell you straight whether we can help.
Q: Can you serve an outdoor event at 370 Lakeside Park?
A: With the city's permission and permitting in place, yes. Our setups are fully self-contained, so no water or drain hookup is required.
Q: How much notice do you need?
A: Peak-season Saturdays book out months ahead, so earlier is better. For a weeknight or off-season date we can often work with much shorter notice — always worth asking.
